Finding My Path: How an Executive Degree Fueled My Entrepreneurial Journey
My name is Mary Situnja Kowe, and I'm a student from Ghana currently enrolled at the Okechukwu Vitus Institute of Education. My journey here, pursuing an Executive Degree in Education with a focus on the Executive Program in Business Education, has been nothing short of transformative. It's not just about the academic knowledge I've gained; it's about the confidence and practical skills that have empowered me to achieve a dream I'd always held close to my heart: starting my own business.
Before I enrolled, I had ideas swirling in my head, a desire to create something of my own, but I lacked the structured framework and the necessary know-how. The executive program changed everything. The coursework wasn't just theoretical; it was designed to be incredibly relevant and applicable to the real world. I learned about marketing strategies, financial planning, and leadership skills – all through the lens of education, which, surprisingly, made the business principles even clearer and more relatable.

Today, I'm not just a student; I'm a business owner, navigating the daily challenges and celebrating the victories. My education at Okechukwu Vitus has been the cornerstone of this journey, proving that an Executive Degree in Education can be the key to unlocking a world of entrepreneurial opportunities.
